The Belvédère quarry was a loess quarry in the municipality of Maastricht, where the oldest dated remains in the Netherlands were excavated. During excavations in the 1980s, remains from various periods of the Stone Age were found. There is/was also a brick factory and gravel exploitation (1897-1982).
