North Wheal Grambler worked a series of ENE-trending lodes south of the Redruth-St Day road that were developed by a series of shafts appearing in a line between South Trefula and Trefula hamlets. Coordinates given are those of Engine shaft, which lies in the eastern part of the sett.
From 1859 to 1867, the mine produced 2,670 tons of 8% copper ore.
