Kimberlite occurrences within an 85 x 60 km physical and geological inhomogeneity at the eastern margin of the East European Platform. This inhomogeneity is interpreted as a near-vertical domain of mantle and crustal material transformed by the development of a kimberlite system. In addition to tens of kimberlite pipes, olivine melilitites and basalts occur in this area.
