A pyrite mine initially owned by the High Falls Pyrites Co., then the National Pyrites Co. and finally the Oliver Mining Co. from 1907 onward. Located along the Grass River. Workings included 2 inclined shafts and went to 250 feet deep. Ore was a vein 8 to 20 feet thick.
