Basalt (nepheline-basanite) quarry. Located near Klöch, NNW of Bad Radkersburg.
Collecting was prohibited for a long time.
Situation on 16.4.2005: Klöch quarry is not abandoned at the moment, it produces ca. 1 million tons per year of mainly road work material.
Situation 2007-2008: Collecting with protective hardhat is allowed.
