Located in the normally pegmatite-poor Bell Creek granite, on private property along highway M-95 in the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of section 21, T47N R29W, between the Black River pegmatite to the SW and the Crockley pegmatite to the E.
Named for the original property owner, Grizzly Gilmer.
