Rektorn, Kiruna, Lappland, Sweden

An about 800 m long orebody, 20 to 60 m wide. Mined periodically during 1926-61; in all 2.7 Mton Fe-ore. Very important during the WWII for production of apatite concentrate- all in all 540 Kt - together with the Malmberget mines.

Located just east of the Luossavaara mine - approximately 1 km apart.
