Complex Pb-Zn-fahlore mine.
Located near La Merced, ca. 60 km SW of Huaraz.
Note on the mineral list: the "zinkenite" sold from there is in fact stibnite (small jamesonite needles overgrowing the stibnite were mechanically removed), see Hyršl (2009).
