Tungsten deposits in a horizon of migmatitic high-grade metapelites in the so-called Wolfram formation (or Wolfram mine schist formation) below a granite sheet. The schist horizon can be traced over a length of several kilometers, giving the mineralization the appearance of a stratabound deposit.
