A small mine at the northwestern boundary of the Tresavean sett. It worked a NE-trending lode, known as Bell Vean Lode, from two shafts at a distance of 100 yards, located just south of Lanner Christ Church. Deep Adit level (at 45 fathoms) follows the lode through the sett. At its northeastern end, it is connected through a crosscut with the Wheal Comford workings on Comford Lode.

Bell Vean Mine produced 14 tons of black tin between 1874 and 1880. In 1881, it was incorporated into the then newly formed Tresavean Mines Ltd.
