Former brickworks situated in sedimentary deposits (claystones, sandstones) Cretaceous period, Cenomanian stage.
From 1988 preserved nature reservation for its rich fossil record (e.g. Drynaria tumulosa, Nehvizdya obtusa, Myricanthinum amentaceum, Myrtophyllum geinitzii).
In this mainly paleontological site can also be found some mineral specimens (clear isolated or tailed twins crystals of gypsum, destinezite concretions, pyrite and millerite, secondary sulphur).
