A jade-gemstone occurrence in the SW¼SW¼ sec. 8, T24N, R13W, MDM, in the stream bed of the North Fork of the Eel River about 2.9 km (9,600 feet) ESE of Mina.

NOTE: Coordinates provided are approximate to the center of sec. 8.

Mineralization is boulders in a stream bed.
