Property immediately south of Kerr Lake, the source of much glacial float silver. The silver is believed to have come from the Crown Reserve property and carried south by the ice. One nugget found sometime between 1907 and 1909 measured 5'5" X 2'5" X 1'6" and contained 9,715 oz. of Silver. It is now on exhibit at the parliament buildings in Toronto, Ontario.
