Zaječov is a municipality and village in Beroun District in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It is located 27 kilometres (17 mi) southwest of Beroun and 55 kilometres (34 mi) southwest of Prague.

The first written notice about Zaječov is from the year 1578.

Active quarry in Cambrian basaltoid rocks.
