Plagioclase Quarry (Sunstone quarry), Midtre Havredal, Havredal (Hafredal), Bamble (Bamle), Telemark, Norway
Feltspatt brudd (Solsteins bruddet), Midtre Havredal, Havredal (Hafredal), Bamble kommune, Telemark fylke, NorgeA feldspar quarry in an irregular sunstone (oligoclase)-bearing pegmatite dike about 200 m long and 60 m wide SE of the Midtre Havredal Farm, close to the hill Fløyås. Oligoclase was here mined for glass-production. The quarry follows the pegmatite for about 60 meters.
