A former asbestos mine located in sec. 7, T37N, R7W, MDM, 0.9 km (3,000 feet) S of Coffee Creek (town), and just S of Coffee Creek (stream) near its confluence with the Trinity River, on National Forest land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.

Local rocks include ultramafic rocks, chiefly Mesozoic, unit 1 (Trinity Ophiolite).
