Jebel Uweinat, Al Kufrah District, Libya
A very large alkaline complex approx. 38 km across EW & 23 km across NS on the Libyan border with Egypt (part of the complex is in Egypt) and near the Sudan border, consisting of alkali granite, syenite, trachyte and phonolite.
