Porphyry copper deposit.
Deposit: The gold-and silver-bearing quartz sulfide fissure veins are in a halo adjacent to a porphyry copper prospect. Host rock is a composite intrusive with a quartz-monzonite mineralized porphyry As ore control

Deposit type: Porphyry Cu

Development: 44 current claims cover a large area in vicinity of several past-producing mines. (1893-1942-oxide zone was mined yielding $6.5 million worth of gold with gold at $300. The mine was abandoned when the sulfide zone was reached. In 1984 summit mineral ventures optioned the cobb claims and staked 24 contiguous claims. Sampling was encouraging
