Showa (Shewa)
Shewa is a historical region of Ethiopia (it was formerly an autonomous kingdom within the Ethiopian Empire). Today, the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa is located at the centre of this region.
Most localities in Showa Province now appear to be in Oromia (Oromiya) Province.
