The SW portion of the Klamath Mountains lies in eastern Klamath County. This area of the county is roughly defined as the area E of the South Fork, Trinity River, the Trinity River from the confluence of the South Fork northward to the confluence of the Trinity River and the Klamath River, then continuing northward, crossing the Klamath River and continuing NNW to the county's northern boundary into Del Norte County.Mineral List
