Ni-Cu-PGM deposit related to ultrabasic rocks.
The Las Aguilas West deposit is associated with a NNE trending 10 to 30 meter wide discordant mafic to ultramafic intrusion consisting mostly of orthopyroxenite to melanorite intruding into paragneisses.
The Las Aguilas East deposit is located 300 meters to the east of the West deposit. It is hosted by a variably differentiated mafic to ultramafic intrusion characterized by orthopyroxenites and peridotites that hosts the sulphides.
