Kelu-Chongmuda Cu-Au belt, Nêdong Co. (Naidong Co.; Zedang Co.), Shannan Prefecture (Lhokha Prefecture; Lhoka Prefecture), Tibet Autonomous Region, China
克鲁-冲木达铜金矿带, 乃东县 (སྣེ་གདོང་རྫོང་), 山南地区 (ལྷོ་ཁ་ས་ཁུལ་), 西藏自治区, 中国An east-west trending belt, about 120 km long and 10-15 km wide, along the Yarlong-Zangbo suture zone across Zhanang, Nêdong and Sangri counties of Shannan Prefecture. It contains more than 20 skarn and porphyry copper-gold deposits, some of them with associated silver, lead-zinc, molybdenum or tungsten ores, which are related to I-type granites that intruded into volcanic and volcaniclastic rocks. The combined copper resources are estimated at 200 million tons.
