Öster Silvberg Mines, Öster Silvberg Mining District, Säter, Dalarna, Sweden
Öster-Silvberg gruvorLocated 27 km S of Falun. Silvermines worked in the 14th and 15th century. The earliest written record of the mining here is from 1367. After 1641 an attempt was made about 1750-1760. During the World War I some exploratory work were done in 1918-1920.
