Located along Pazun-seik Chaung (creek) NW of Kyauk-pyat-that.
In November 2016 several mines were operating; one at the bottom of the valley, working alluvial deposits for sapphire, and two further up the creek, on the slopes.
The major products are sapphire and spinel. Pegmatite veins and calcsilicate rocks are exposed at the marginal parts of the uppermost, fairly large mine.

NOTE: The coordinates and mineral list in Ted Themelis (2008) erroneously refer to the Pantaw pegmatite! This wrong information was also repeated by Harlow & Hawthorne (2008) who, however, do not give an explicit reference for their sentence "Pazun-seik (22Β° 57.72β€² N, 96Β° 24.27β€² E) located near Nam-peik where herderite has been recovered from open-pit mining, has also yielded beryl, cassiterite, microcline, topaz, fluorite, spessartine, and rhodochrosite as well as ruby and sapphire."
Note that topaz in fact occurs in pegmatites at Pazun-seik.
