Dolní Habartice (German Nieder Ebersdorf) is a village and municipality (obec) in Děčín District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 5.56 square kilometres (2.15 sq mi), and has a population of 542 (as at 28 August 2006).

Dolní Habartice lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) east of Děčín, 23 km (14 mi) north-east of Ústí nad Labem, and 74 km (46 mi) north of Prague.
