A small granite pegmatite probably genetically associated with the ekerite of the Oslo region (Raade 1996). Protected locality of historical and geological interest, first collecting already ca 1780.
Note:
The locality has in some recent litterature erroneously been refered to as belonging to the Nedre Eiker Community. The locality is located close to the border between the communities of Øvre Eiker and Nedre Eiker, but well situated inside the Øvre Eiker Community.
