An occurrence located in the SE¼SE¼ sec. 30, T37N, R6W, MDM, 6 miles E of relocated Trinity Center and ¼ mile E of the East Fork Trinity River.
Magadiite and other Na silicates formed in highly alkaline cold brine waters along a dacite contact and sheared talc-tremolite.
