The level which emerges from the bottom of the woods on the opposite side of the beck from the small parking area (300yds to the west of the picnic area marked on Landranger map). The long line of dump material is from this level. A little digging has always yielded some pretty good material including characteristic water-clear barytes, cubic galena, nail-head calcite (which fluoresces bright orange-red in LW UV) and pale yellow cubic fluorspar (which doesn't).
Permission should be sought from Bolton Estates.
