Stretch of rocky coast and tiers of cliffs composed of Tertiary basalt lava flows from grid ref. NM 353457 to NM 363450 (and probably beyond in both directions). Amygdales up to approx. 15 cm across contain various zeolite and associated minerals. For the west end park at 366473 and follow the public footpath to the coast. This gives access to a 700 metre stretch as far as a large sea cave (passible at very low tide only). For the east end access by the track to Reudle house.
