The Daisy Gold Mine is an abandoned water filled open pit, about 5 kilometres east of Norseman, on the eastern shores of a small salt-pan. The Gladstone mine is just to the north-west.
The deposit was discovered and developed during Croesus Mining's ownership period of Norseman Gold Mines. The open pit was developed from April 2002, and mining ceased in September 2003. The geology is said to be similar to that found at Norseman, and gold is found in quartz veins. 487 171 tonnes of ore was mined at 4.03 g/t yielding 63 000 ounces of gold.
