This prospecting area is a little north of the modern Mount Keith nickel mine, and just east of the Goldfields Highway. It was never more than a prospecting area, mainly active across 1933 to 1934.

Many names were found, but little activity. Alluvial nuggets were located leading to a minor rush, but at depth only narrow leaders were uncovered.

At the Wiluna Warden's Court, on 10 October 1933, there was a rush of prospector applications. P.A. 991 J.E. Finklestone, P.A. 992 A. Finklestone, P.A. 993 E. O'Donnell, P.A. 998 H.M. LLoyd, P.A. 999 S.R. Hedditch, P.A. 1004 G. Guthrie, P.A. 1005 E.C. Butcher, P.A. 1008 H. Annear, P.A. 1024 V.S. Duncan, P.A. 1025 H. Joyner, P.A. 1043 J. Lysacht.

By 1934, a prospector called Logan was noted as finding rich floaters on the surface, and about ten men working the field. No information was found beyond this year. It may have been the haunt of the occasional prospector since, but no modern mining has occurred at the site.
