GML 331 (formerly GML 251). 6 acres. The lease was held for eighteen months, and surrendered in July 1897. It contains two short reefs near the north-west corner of the lease, and three other reefs elsewhere on the lease. One shaft was sunk to 20 feet but failed to cut the reef. A second shaft was sunk to 25 feet on a small quartz vein. There are no recorded crushings, although Gibb-Maitland states there was an unofficial crushing by S.J. Becher of 30 tonnes for 90 ounces, and very rich ore was found.
Located a short distance west are the Try Again and Fisher's Reward Mines.
