A former group of Au-Cu-Pb-Ag mines located in sec. 28 and the NW¼ sec. 32, E½ sec. 21, T25S, R33E, MDM, 3.1 km (1.9 miles) NE of Wofford Heights and 3.0 km (1.9 miles) SW of Kernville. Started in 1860. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.

Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 3 (Sierra Nevada, Death Valley area, Northern Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).

Workings include unspecified underground openings.
