A traprock quarry in early Jurassic diabase. Located on both side of Hay Creek just south of Birdsboro. This quarry was begun by the J.T. Dyer Company early in the 20th century. It closed in the depths of the depression and lay idle until the eastern part was resurrected by the H&K Group, TA Birdsboro Materials, around 2000.
