A former small surface and underground Cu-Ag mine located in the center of sec. 14, T.15S., R.30E. (Cochise Head 7.5 minute topo map). Located approximately 10 miles SW of San Simon, on the flank of Dunn Springs Mountain, 2 Miles NE of the summit. Owned by the Providence Copper Co.

Mineralization is spotty and weak oxidized copper mineralization in Permian limestone and Cretaceous quartzite cut by rhyolite dikes. The host rock units are the Naco Group and the Bisbee Group.

Local structures include a Tertiary volcanic and intrusive event associated with district mineralization. An E-W-trending thrust fault separates the Naco Group Limestone to the south and the Bisbee Group to the North. Other E-W thrusts are present on Dunn Springs Mountain.

Workings include a trench, pit and shaft. There was some minor production in the late 1800's and early 1900's.
