Simplon-Eisenbahntunnel (Nordabschnitt), Simplonpassgebiet, Brig, Wallis (Valais), Schweiz (Suisse; Svizzera)
Finds in material excavated during construction of the two tubes of the tunnel (1898-1905, and 1912-1921). The north portal is located near Biela, east of Brig, its south portal near Iselle in the Ossola Valley (Italy).
