This district is located in T24S, R26-29E, in southeastern Cochise County in the southern Perilla Mountains. It produces(ed) gypsite, cinders, Cu, Pb, Au and Ag.
Most workings are relatively shallow with open pits, quarries and shafts. Only gypsite and cinders have been produced commercially.
