A former small surface and underground Au-Ag-W mine located in the SE ΒΌ sec. 1, T.24S., R.20E, on National Forest land. First produced 1900.

Mineralization is spotty gold and silver with some disseminated scheelite in quartz veins in Jurassic quartz monzonite intrusive.

Workings include a pit and shaft workings. Some gold-silver ore was produced from the mine and placers in the early 1900's and in 1939.
