A former small underground Pb-Cu-Ag-Au mine located in the NW ¼ sec.20, T.13S., R.26E, approximately 8 miles E of Willcox, on private land.
Mineralization is spotty oxidized base metal sulfides in irregular quartz veins in Precambrian Pinal Schist.
Local structures include NW-trending Early Tertiary intrusives in the area, probably associated with Teviston District mineralization.
Workings are tunnels. About 130 tons of ore were produced from 1937 to 1939.
