A former small underground Au-Ag mine located in the NE ¼ sec. 35, T.14S., R.28E, approximately 16 miles NE of Dos Cabezas, on private land. The operator in 1908 was T.S. Sullivan.
Mineralization is spotty gold and silver values in quartz veins in Precambrian Pinal Schist.
Workings include limited tunnel and shaft workings. Some 77 tons of ore were produced in 1908.
