A former small underground Ag-Pb-Au mine located in the SE ¼ sec. 11, T.20S., R.22E, approximately ½ mile S of Tombstone, on private land. Operated by the Tombstone Development Co. and by G.K. Hausley.

Mineralization is a replacement deposit with narrow, spotty orebodies in Cretaceous Bisbee Formation beds along a strong shear zone and a small replacement body at the intersection of a limestone member flexure with a mineralized NE-trending fissure vein. The ore zone plunges steeply NE. The Arizona Queen fissure is probably the southwestward continuation of the Skip shaft fissure, offset about 150 feet south on the Empire Dike.

Local structures include the Tombstone Basin. Faulting occurred on WNW and NNW trends following mineralization, tilting the basin to the north and NW.

Workings include underground works. An estimated 30,000 tons of ore were produced. Production figures were included with those of the Tombstone group.
