A former small underground Mn-Ag-Cu mine located in the SE ΒΌ sec. 15, T.20S., R.22E, 2 miles S of Tombstone, on private land. Discovered 1941. Operated by the Tombstone Development Co. (1941).

Mineralization is small, vein-like replacement bodies of manganese oxides in blocks of Pennsylvanian-Permian Naco Group limestone along the footwall of the Prompter Fault at intersecting "northeast" fissures. A Mn-Ag mineralization phase occurred after an Fe-Pb-Zn mineralization phase.

Workings include a shaft(s). The footwall of the Prompter Fault has been explored for a distance of approximately 1200 feet. A small production of manganese ore was made in the early 1900's. Production statistics were included under the Tombstone group.
