A former underground Ag-Pb mine located in the center of sec. 11, T.20S., R.22E, on land of unknown status. Owned at times, or in part, by the Girard Mining Co., Tombstone Mill & Mining Co., Tombstone Consolidated Mines Co., Bunker Hill Mines Co., and the Tombstone Development Co.

Mineralization is low grade, oxidized, bedded replacement deposits in Pennsylvanian-Permian Naco Group and Cretaceous Bisbee Group limestones along an anticlinal roll intersected by 'northeast' fissures.

Workings include a shaft 400 feet deep (1881). Several thousand tons of ore were produced in the late 1800's.
