A former small underground Mn-Ag-Cu-Au-Pb mine located in the SW ¼ sec. 15, T.20S., R.22E, approximately 1½ miles SW of Tombstone, on private land.
Mineralization is a replacement deposit of manganiferous silver ore in irregular pods and lenses along the Prompter Fault system where 'northeast' fissures cut Pennsylvanian-Permian Naco Group limestone.
Local structures include complex faulting at the west end of the E-W-trending Prompter Fault System.
Workings include a shaft and adit. A few hundred tons of ore were produced in the 1880's and about 530 tons in 1920-1924.
