A former small underground Pb-Ag-Au-Cu-Mo-V-Zn mine located in South-central sec. 11, T.20S., R.22E, ¾ mile SW of Tombstone, on private land. Situated 1000 feet SE of the Ingersol shaft, and 2000 feet NE of the Lucky Cuss shfat. Owned at times, or in part, by the Tombstone Mill & Mining Co., Tombstone Consolidated Mines Co., Bunker Hill Mines Co., and the Tombstone Development Co.

Mineralization is oxidized argentiferous and auriferous base metal sulfides in overturned Cretaceous Bisbee Group shales where a fold is intersected by a dike and 'northeast' fissures. The dikes strike N12E and dip 75-85W. Gold content is greatest in or near the NE fissures.

Local structures includwe the Tombstone Basin with post-mineralization tilting towards N and NE.

Workings include a shaft(s). The shaft has 7 levels of workings, probably 700 feet deep, and at least 2000 feet of total workings. The 7th level adjoins the Sulphuret shaft to the east. Several hundred tons of ore were produced in the 1880's and a small tonnage intermittently since then. Post-1900 production data are included under the Tombstone group in ABGMT-USBM file data.
