A former medium output underground Cu-Ag-Au mine located in West-central (NW¼NE¼SW¼) sec. 21, T.23S., R.24E, 0.6 miles SSE of Mt Reilly, on private land. Produced 1923-1930. Operated at times, or in part, by the Phelps Dodge Corp. and the Night Hawk Leasing Co.

Mineralization is mostly copper sulfides in irregular replacement orebodies in the upper part of the Cambrian Abrigo Limestone along a fracture zone. Ore control was nearby dikes and sills and faulting and associated brecciation. Ore concentration was bornite replacing pyrite. Alteration is gossan with Mn and Fe oxides induced by hydrothermal metamorphism. An associated rock unit is the Sacramento Hill Stock.

Workings include a shaft to a depth of 243.84 meters. The shaft was found between the Boras and White Tail Deer Mines. Workings include drifts, raises, and stoping. About 100,000 tons of ore were produced from 1919 to 1931.
