A former underground Cu-Au-Ag-Fe-Ba mine located in the SE¼ sec. 12, T7N, R13W, on land of unknown status. Owned at times, or in part, by Wendondale Gold Mining Co.; Vindicator Mining Co.; Black Giant Mines Co.; Jones; Cooper; and the Marvel Mining Co. Owned and operated by the Black Giant Mines Co. of Arizona; and, by the Marvel Mining Co. (1954).

Mineralization is spotty, high-grade copper ores with gold, associated with hematite, quartz, calcite and barite in NW-striking fissure veins along a major fault zone, cutting a Precambrian granite-gneiss complex. Ore consists of copper oxides and sulfides in high-grade, narrow streaks and some disseminated sulfides in a cross-cutting diorite dike.

Workings include a shaft & tunnel operations worked sporadically from early 1900's to 1954. Produced over 500 tons of ore averaging about 14.6% Cu, 0.2 oz. Au/T, and 0.5 oz. Ag/T.
