A former underground Cu-Au-Ag-Fe mine located in North-central sec. 12, T6N, R14W (protracted), on land of unknown status. Owned and operated by the Victor & Bell Crown Mining Co. of Arizona (1915).
Mineralization is spotty and irregular paystreaks of copper and high gold ores along a NW-striking shear vein cutting Precambrian metamorphics, intruded by Laramide granite, both cut by basic and acidic dikes.
Workings include tunnels and a shaft(s). Worked on a small scale from 1910 through 1919. Produced some 170 tons of ore averaging about 6% Cu, 0.8 oz. Au/T and 0.1 oz. Ag/T.
