A Au-Ag-Fe-Cu mine located in the NW¼ sec. 13, T5N, R12W. Mr. Hudgens and Mr. Worcester had unspecified involvement here.

Mineralization is spotty, high-grade gold values with minor copper oxides in lensing quartz, brecciated wall rock, and iron oxides in a shear zone cuting Precambrian granitic gneiss.

Workings include a shaft(s) and tunnel opertions. This group was prospected in the late 1800's but was worked mainly from 1930 through 1941, producing some 400 tons of ore averaging about 0.6 oz. Au/T, 0.2 oz. Ag/T and minor copper.
