A manganese mine located in the NE¼ sec. 22, East-central sec. 23, NE¼ sec. 27 and the NW¼ sec. 26, T3N, R21W. Owned at times, or in part, by Daniels; and, McFarland & Hullinger.

Mineralization is manganes oxides in irregular, discontinuous replacement deposits along minor folds and in fissures in Mesozoic limestone beds, often under caliche and fanglomerate cover. Some high-grade ore is present.

Workings are open cuts and shallow shaft operations in the mid- and late 1950's. Some 250 tons or more of 41-51% Mn ore were produced.
